Can you make me a cake that is free of certain allergens?

Maybe. All of our cakes are made from scratch so we know exactly what goes into them, and what substitutions we might need to make. We can easily make cakes without nuts and we also make cakes that are gluten-free. We’ve also made cakes that are lactose-free and even egg-free. HOWEVER, the kitchen is not an allergen-free kitchen. Although we take precautions to avoid cross-contamination when making an allergen-free cake, we cannot guarantee that our cakes are allergen-free. Enchanted Icing assumes no liability for any adverse allergic reactions, however unlikely, arising from eating one of products.
